Common Observations

Quick data add functions have been built into Vision Anywhere to add commonly recorded items.

There are Common Observations forms for the following areas, these are all triggered by entering a single letter.

For example 'B' or 'BP' triggers the Blood Pressure form.

Jugular Venus Pressure Oxygen Saturation
Peak Flow Postural Drop
Pulse Rate Respiratory rate
Temperature Visual Acuity
